Mrs. Green Apple Music Group Goes on Hiatus

A few days back, the official website for music group Mrs. Green Apple announced that they are going on hiatus and preparing for “Phase 2”. The announcement stated that the group has reached “the end of Phase 1,” and they are now independent of their former management company.


Additionally, “Project-MGA” has launched, and staff will hold “an audition for creators and project crew who will join in the trip of Phase 2 together”. The website will reveal the recruitment details later.

Mrs. GREEN APPLE (ミセスグリーンアップル) is a 5-member Japanese rock band from Tokyo that made its major debut in 2015 with EMI Records. They are known for performing the ending theme to the anime series Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V as well as their first full album, Twelve, which placed 10th on the Japanese national Oricon charts.
Mrs. Green Apple released the greatest hits album 5 on July 8. They have performed popular theme songs for anime such as Fire ForceYu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V, and Fastest Finger First.
