The official Twitter account for the television anime of Ayamiya Fumi‘s Otona no Bōguya-san (Adult Armor Shop) manga revealed on Friday that the anime is getting a second season that is slated to air from January to March 2021. The anime will also stream online and in Comicsmart’s Ganma! manga app. The season will have 12 episodes of about five minutes (four minutes for main anime) in length each.

Kousuke Iwanaga (Sword Art Online: Ordinal Scale key animation), Kyashi, and Yukio Nagasaki (Animegataris) are returning as the character designer, game character designer, and sound director, respectively.
The staff opened a crowdfunding page on Fanbeats to offset production costs. The campaign has no monetary goal and will end on October 25.
The first season streamed in Fall 2018 on the Ganma! application, and then aired on Tokyo MX the same day. The anime received a three-episode sequel in March 2019, which also streamed in the application.
Fumi Ayamiya began serializing the web manga on the Ganma! application in September 2017. Earth Star Entertainment published the second volume on December 12 last year.
